Do you find yourself constantly saying: I’m so tired? I know I did.
I sleep really well. I have an easy, happy life where I’ve stripped away most of the things that I think of as stressful. And yet, I kept hearing myself say: ‘I’m so tired’ and I couldn’t understand why. I took vitamin supplements and worked on eating a better diet. It helped a little, but not enough. Ditto for exercise and getting myself fitter: it helped a little, but not enough. Until I started asking myself: What kind of rest do I actually need?

In my case it was a mix of creative rest, spiritual rest and emotional rest. Once I understood that and started bringing in plentiful amounts of those kinds of rest into my life, the tiredness disappeared. I found myself joyful, full of life, optimistic and energised. And wow does that feel good!
Hypnosis not only helped me identify the exact make-up of my rest deficit but also provided much of the remedy. Since then, I’ve incorporated this knowledge into my therapy practice and started helping clients feel less tired. I already helped them sleep better, this was the next logical step.

The first step is a 1:1 assessment of your rest deficit. This takes around two hours. The first half is a conversation where we talk about your life, how you feel, how your tiredness manifests itself and we put together your rest deficit profile. The second half focuses on how you remedy that. We put together strategies for helping you start to get the rest you need and we use hypnosis to start putting that in place (or guided visualisation if you’re uncomfortable with hypnosis for any reason).
After that, you can book more sessions with me, or not. Sometimes a stand-alone session works best and sometimes more support and guidance is needed. It will be entirely your call.
The session can take place in person in Biel/Bienne or in Tramelan, or online using a Zoom call, whatever works best for you.
The price of the session is 220.- Reduced rates are available for people on lower incomes.
