If, like Lucy, you’ve decided the time has come to stop smoking, turn that decision into a manifested reality in three easy sessions.

  1. In the first session, we talk. We understand why you smoke, why you want to stop smoking, what keeps you smoking… We use parts therapy to make peace with the part of you that wishes to continue smoking. We put in place a strategy to become a non-smoker and set the date on which you will smoke your last cigarette.
  2. This session  takes you on a journey back in time. We use regression therapy to go to the moment you smoked your first cigarette and transform that memory. You imagine your life as a non-smoker and start to give your subconscious the data it needs to stop firing constant signals to light that cigarette.
  3. The third session is your stop-smoking session. We’ve put everything in place and now all you have to do is close your eyes, relax and let my voice guide you on the journey from smoker to non-smoker.

 

Sessions take place in Biel/Bienne or in Tramelan. You can also book a session by videocall.

Each session lasts an hour to an hour and a half and is priced at 140.-

Note: This hypnosis programme is intended for those who want to stop smoking cigarettes, cigars or cigarillos. It can also be adapted for those who wish to stop smoking shishas or e-cigarettes. However if you smoke other substances, this programme is unlikely to be successful for you.
