This free session is open to all, and particularly suited to those who may want to give hypnosis a try for the first time. We will start with a relaxation and guided visualisation, before taking time to look forward to the week to come and set some intentions! A wonderful way to set up the week and make things happen. It will leave you deeply relaxed and also help you sleep well.
