This 7 session journey helps you to bring awareness to common patterns that you may be unconsciously acting out through your energy field, and with that awareness in place it also offers a few simple techniques to help you bring about transformation of those old patterns. You may want to join us for the entirety of this 7 session journey through your energy centres (the chakras) or you may want to focus on just one or two chakras. Either way, the possibility of personal transformation is available for you. The chakras are your energy centres and as they integrate subtle energy into the physical body, they have a big influence on the reality you manifest. The chakras can also be thought of as computer databases as they store all of your old patterns and reflect your beliefs, thoughts and emotional responses. That's fine when your patterns are in line with your conscious desires, however when they are old "stuff” or just other unhelpful “stuff” and definitely not in line with your conscious plan, then change needs to happen! In each session we will look at a different chakra, talking about it, raising awareness of both the potential and the potential problems in that area, and helping you to understand its influence in and on your life, and hopefully resulting in more wellness and fulfilment for you. We will also do simple practical exercises each session to help you balance and change the energy of that chakra, clearing some of the past patterns and aligning to the patterns that you want to create for your reality from now on. One of the exercises that we will be doing is tuning into to the energy of crystals that are specific to each chakra. Whilst obviously being a physical item, crystals are also a frequency (like everything else) that can be useful to shift old patterns and create new more helpful one And finally for those who want to, the sessions come with post-session suggestions designed to help you enhance the flow of your energy so you can use a few of these techniques to manifest your desires into reality more often!

Doug has long-term expertise in Regression and Hypnosis and has taught both in several countries around the World including South Africa, Mexico & Sardinia, as well as running workshops in numerous other European countries. He is also a Sound Healer, a Crystal Healer, a Reiki Master/Teacher, a Fully Accredited Spiritual Healer, and works with a wide variety of energy management techniques for the Mind, Body & Soul. In short, he'd call himself a Transformational Energy Worker. Though his work with Regression, he’s done a lot of work on a Soul level, is a firm believer in Reincarnation and the Journey of the Soul and when possible tries to see life from an energetic, Soul level rather than through the sometimes blinkered lens of the personality. His goal when working with clients and groups is to help people improve the quality of their lives in the here and now by using simple and effective transformational techniques in a grounded, helpful and beneficial way. As well as working in person, he’s been working on Zoom for 1-2-1 and running group sessions for various lovely things since 2016. He has free podcast called "Call of the Soul", which is occasional rather on-going and he is also an author and has a book called “Gifts for Your Soul”, which is available through the usual online booksellers.
