Self-Care is about making space for your well-being. Just like you might take care of your physical self by eating well, getting enough water, going for daily walks, dressing nicely or going to the gym…, your mental, emotional and psychological well-being also needs regular upkeep to function well.
In these sessions, we focus on 5 elements of self-care:
1. Rest and Relaxation
They provide deep rest for the body and mind, using relaxation hypnosis.
2. Reflection
They open up a safe space for each of us to sit down for a moment and be present with ourselves. We take the time to check in and see what is going on in our minds, our bodies and our lives that we should bring our awareness to.
3. Connection
They provide an opportunity to connect and share with the experience of others. You don’t have to share more than your name, but you have the opportunity to say a few words and be heard, if you wish to do so.
4. Healing
It’s a healing space. A time to heal physical and emotional pain by letting go, accepting, transforming, understanding and manifesting.
5. Practice
It’s a place to learn and practice self-care skills and exercises.
Each session brings together these five elements.
The session might be focused solely on hypnosis to manage stress and anxiety. Or it might be a meditation session with some techniques to manifest your desires. Sometimes if everyone is tired, it’ll be about increasing energy levels. We can work on releasing physical pain too. It might be more generalised wellness and fulfilment or giving people more confidence and assertiveness skills. Or simply a session about feeling joy! Each session is different, but they all fall under the umbrella of hypnotherapy to improve your well-being. And because they’re live, Imane can tailor them to the people who are there. What all of them have in common is that it’s a moment for you to relax, rest and reset.
