1-2-1 Sessions with Imane

Therapy is a surprising journey. Instead of taking us places, it brings us home.

My own therapy journey started with a PhD in psychology, along with a certificate in counselling skills and a time volunteering for a telephone helpline supporting people with mental illness and their families.

This was back in London more than twenty years ago and those experiences taught me three things that underpin how I structure my therapy practice today:

1. The power of listening.

2. The need to create a safe space in which to explore, understand and transform our personal experience.

3. The importance of seeking help and not going it alone.

Psychoanalysis, hypnosis, hypnotherapy and regression therapy came in the decade that followed, both in terms of how I dealt with my own personal issues and how I became a practitioner determined to help others overcome the thoughts and patterns that keep you locked in a vicious cycle of unhappiness.

Inner child healing began then, and continues, to form the heart of my therapeutic practice. I work in English and French and offer sessions in person and online.

In concrete terms, my practice is now centred on:

1. Hypnosis for sleep.

2. How to get the rest you actually need.

3. Hypnosis to transform habits that cause harm and/or stop you fully enjoying your life, including hypnosis to stop smoking.

4. Inner child healing to resolve issues from the past that are causing issues today and hypnotherapy to provide guidance and insight on your life’s path (includes Future Life Progression).

5. Breakthrough afternoons to push through and transform a specific issue.

 

Sessions take place in person in Biel/Bienne or in Tramelan – or online for those who live further away - or who prefer to take sessions from home.

Note on prices: I live in Switzerland and my prices are in Swiss Francs. They are right for Switzerland but may be too high for those who live in countries with a lower cost of living than this beautiful country. I do offer a limited number of spaces per month at reduced rates for those on lower incomes or who live in places where sessions rates are much lower than here. Also, as payment is by STRIPE, you do have the option of paying in your own currency. Please contact me to know more.

This continuity was invaluable, as it gave me time to reflect on the initial session and come back with insights and readiness to explore further. The follow-up helped solidify the changes and brought even more clarity and balance into my life.
